I suspect that the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 remains a mystery to the overwhelming majority of our global population.
After all in our modern society we have shrunk the world with our advances in communication technologies - right?
Ever since mankind entered space we've had the satellites to keep an eye on our every movement - right?
The outpouring of resources from Governments around the world to help find this plane would suggest that they believe they have the resources to remove this apparent mystery from the public's mind.
Its certainly in their collective interests to do so. Governments survive on the premise that they afford public safety and security.
The reality in the instance of flight MH370 is that a few people, perhaps as few as one, have proven that it is still possible in this day and age for some individuals to escape the clutches of the regulatory authorities and behave as they please.
All it requires is knowledge and a mindset that thinks beyond the square.
For those few people, there will be no mystery as to the planes disappearance - in fact it will be quite the reverse - a carefully planned and executed act of defiance.
This most recent act of piracy cannot be condoned for the anguish that it has inflicted on innocent people but it should not be overlooked by those mistrustful of power brokers, that even with the encroachment of Big Brother there is still hope that individual freedom can survive.
The world should now realise that effective power resides not in the hand of legislators, corporations or military personnel, but with those who have the knowledge and strength of will to act as they see fit.
There are no mysteries - we just need time to gain the knowledge for a reasonable explanation.
We have come a long way since the world was considered to be flat!
